Because each product is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase has been confirmed.

Once production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on destination, production times, customs processing, and shipping carriers.

The Stash cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because every product is made especially for you, returns cannot be accepted for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong colour

• Changing your mind

• Incorrect customer information supplied during checkout

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
